94.5% signed up for warrants. SeaTwirl will receive SEK 15.3 million

SeaTwirl's issued warrants and shareholders responded with a whooping 94.5 acceptance. The company's board and management are very pleased with the turnout.

– It is fantastic that our shareholders have shown such great interest in our company SeaTwirl. That so many took the offered warrants sends a warming "vote of confidence” to us in our work to develop offshore wind power, says CEO Peter Laurits.

– It is exciting that so many want to be part of our journey in offshore renewable energy. The timing is right and we´re moving towards a society where electricity will be decisive in how we tackle climate change, concludes Dan Friberg, Chairman of the Board.

Therefore, an advisory group has been formed, initially staffed by Jens Tommerup and Roger Cederberg, with the plan to recruit more advisors in the future. The board also announces the plan to elect Klementina Österberg as new chair of the board.
