The BAPSEA programme
SeaTwirl’s Head of Business Development Peter Laurits travelled to Manila in the Philippines together with the Ocean Energy Delegation.
Earlier this year we were able to announce that SeaTwirl had been admitted to the BAPSEA programme by Business Sweden and the Swedish Energy Agency. Last week our Head of Business Development Peter Laurits travelled to Manila in the Philippines together with the Ocean Energy Delegation and had exciting meetings with, among others, the Department of Energy, the National Power Corporation, a number of private companies and stakeholders in renewable energy production.
“The Philippines is carrying out a major energy transition with a focus on replacing fossil fuels with the production of renewable energy. The areas identified for offshore wind power are mainly in deep water, which is suitable for floating solutions.
