Entrepreneur elected to SeaTwirl's board

At the Annual General Meeting which was held on February 24^th,  Fredrik Östbye was elected to SeaTwirl's board of directors.

Fredrik Östbye is a serial-entrepreneur who has realized several successful companies, two of which have been acquired by large companies. He is an engineer driven by how technology can create sustainability, but during his journey he has above all created teams, strategies, partnerships and business models that have taken the companies he has been involved in forward. During the years 2013-2017, he was Vice President, Internet of Things at Telenor after they acquired his company. In 2017, he was hand-picked for Grundfos in Denmark as Group Vice President, Head of Digital Transformation, where he very successfully led their digital transformation and where he is now building up their radical innovation unit. He is an advisor to several exciting start-ups and scale-ups. Fredrik lives with his family in Varberg (Sweden) and enjoys surfing, horseback riding and snowboarding.
