Insider transactions
Persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR) and their closely associated persons are required to report their transactions in the SeaTwirl share and related instruments to Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority). A closely associated person is a spouse, a cohabitee, a child in their custody and other relatives who have shared the same household for at least one year, as well as legal persons (for example companies) that are managed by, are controlled by, or whose economic interests substantially correspond to those of the PDMR. The reported transactions are reproduced here, taken from the authority’s public insider register.

The register is the complete record of insider transactions in the company. A person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR) reports their transactions to Finansinspektionen and to the company, not through a press release. A price of SEK 0.00 means the transaction took place without consideration, for example a gift or an allotment made without payment. A gap in the list is not a gap in the data: for the 30 days immediately before an interim report or a year-end report, PDMRs are subject to a closed period (Article 19.11 of MAR), and otherwise only the transactions that actually take place are reported.
