Styrelsen i SeaTwirl AB (publ) ("SeaTwirl" eller "Bolaget") har idag, med stöd av bemyndigande från årsstämman den 17 maj 2022, beslutat om en företrädesemission av units bestående av aktier och teckningsoptioner med företrädesrätt för befintliga aktieägare om initialt cirka 64,5 MSEK ("Företrädesemissionen"). Företrädesemissionen omfattas till cirka 60,2 procent av teckningsförbindelser och garantiåtaganden.
SeaTwirl has been awarded a grant for "Larger pilot and demonstration projects for energy and climate change transition" from the Swedish Energy Agency. The grant amounts to 50.4 MSEK.
